2. Service
VectorHit converts uploaded PNG, JPG, and WebP files to SVG. Provided as-is without uptime or quality guarantees.
3. Your uploads, rights & consent
You confirm you have the right to process and use your files and the resulting SVG, and that uploads do not infringe third-party rights. By checking the consent box before upload you agree that we may store your images and SVG outputs and use them to improve and train our AI vectorization model. See /en/privacy#upload-training. You grant us a simple, non-exclusive, royalty-free license for model-improvement purposes. You retain ownership of your originals where applicable. Unlawful or infringing content is prohibited.
4. Privacy
See /en/privacy. Uploads are processed server-side and stored in Supabase Inc. (Region EU — Frankfurt, eu-central-1) when you consent.
5. Liability
Liability limits apply to the extent permitted by law. VectorHit is not legal or design advice.
6. Changes
We may update the service or these terms; material changes will be posted on the site.
7. Governing law
German law applies. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence remain unaffected.
